Cut&Pump: for the efficient processing of meat and slaughterhouse waste

Based on the highly successful BioCut, which proves itself in biogas plants, the Cut&Pump was developed to process stomachs, intestines, intestinal contents, cartilidge, hooves, eyes etc. efficiently and economically and to pump the resulting slurry into a storage facility.

Like all Vogelsang products the Cut&Pump is easy to maintain and the Lifeguard guarantees a longer operating lifetime. Two cutting units and a pump process slaughterhouse waste into a homgeneous slurry.

The Auto-Cut-Control System (ACC) controls the cutting pressure between the cutting knives and screen. which leads to a high cutting and shredding efficiency.
At the same time, the cutting knives are sharpened by reversing the rotation on a regular basis, which results in longer operational lifetime. Therefore the system can be operated automatically.

The compact design of the Cut&Pump requires minimal space and it is easy to install. The operating costs are low and the system pay back is very short and is therefore perfect even for small slaughtering operations.
